Considering this is the kind of business you never want to imagine requiring, I really cannot speak highly enough of Creightons. We walked in with absolutely no clue, took us into a room and walked us through everything, keeping our budget in mind. Throughout the planning process, you checked in with us and made sure we had the final say on anything that would be published or printed. Thank you all for everything, and with the utmost kindness, I hope I don't have to use your services any time soon!

We engaged Creightons for my fathers funeral. Staff gave advice along the way and never tried to oversell the many gimmicks that prevail in this industry. The service was held at Greenway Chapel, we booked a double time service which we needed as there were long tributes and a full RSL Service. All the staff on the day were very helpful.

You listened carefully to our wishes and offered thoughtful suggestions, ensuring that every detail reflected my mother's life and personality. The care and respect shown to her, and to all of us, was truly remarkable. We chose to have an open casket viewing 30 minutes before the service. I cannot explain the pain in my entire body as I was helped to the casket. When I looked in, I could not believe it; there was Mum, exactly as I remembered her. My pain turned into happiness.
