As someone who greatly values customer satisfaction, even in my emotional state I still took particular note of the actions and interactions of the whole Creightons team during the service. Everything was exactly how I wanted it for my mother. They were attentive to detail, professional, and personal in every respect. It was the best funeral service, and the comments from family and friends echoed that sentiment. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your exceptional service. 

The staff were extremely compassionate, clear and everything was done exactly how they described to us in the initial interview.
